  • Ingredients
  • Whole Chicken
  • Can of pop big k
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 stick of butter
  • ¼ Tbs parsley
  • ¼ Tbs chervil
  • ¼ Tbs Basil
  • ¼ Tbs rosemary
  • ¼ Tbs oregano
  • ¼ Tbs sage
  • ¼ Tbs chives
  • 3 Tbs of grated parmigiano-reggiona cheese
  • ¾ Tbs of salt
  • 1 and1/4 Tbs of black pepper
  • 4 ounces of Maytag Blue cheese
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 TBS of distilled white vinegar
  • ¼ cup of minced onion


  • Roasted minced Garlic Butter (Rub)
  • 2 Tbs1 stick butter
  • ¼ Tbs parsley
  • ¼ Tbs chervil
  • ¼ Tbs Basil
  • ¼ Tbs rosemary
  • ¼ Tbs oregano
  • ¼ Tbs sage
  • ¼ Tbs chives
  • 3 Tbs of grated parmigiano-reggiona cheese
  • ¾ Tbs of salt and black pepper


  • Maytag Blue cheese Sauce
  • 4 ounces of Maytag Blue cheese
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 TBS of distilled white vinegar
  • ¼ cup of minced onion
  • ½ black paper

Directions
1) Clean chicken
2) Pat dry with paper towel
3) Let marinated over night or least 1 hour
4) Pour out half of the pop from the pop can
5) Pour 2 Tbs of rub into the pop can
6) Slide the whole chicken onto the pop can
7) Heat smoker to 225 degrees
8) Place chicken on chicken
9) Let cook for 2 -2 and a half hour
10) Let chicken stand 25 minute to let pop can cool off and tint
