Ingredients

1 whole chicken
2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. kosher salt
6 tbsp. Granulated Garlic
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. granulated onion
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Cumin
1 stick of butter
1 pop can (flavors vary)
½ c. vinegar

Dry rub

2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. granulated garlic
2 tbsp. granulated onion
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. black pepper

Barbecue sauce

2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Granulated garlic
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 strawberries

Directions:
1. Clean the chicken with a damped paper towel
2. Find a way to open the skin gently
3. Mix your stick of butter and garlic to gather till soft
4. Place a handful of the butter and garlic mixed in began to rub it in the chicken skin gently
5. Began to mix the rub
6. Take the ½ cup of vinegar and rub it all around the chicken
7. Then, place the rub on the chicken let it marinate over night or at least ½ of an hour
8. Open the pop can pour half of it out
9. Place the pop can in the open part of the chicken
10. Pre-heat the smoker your temperature should maintain between 180 and 190 degrees
11. Check on the chicken ever 30 minutes.
12. Began to make the bbq sauce
13.Your chicken should be done around 2 1/2 hours or when you place a thermometer in the thigh init reads 180 degrees.
14. Wrap in aluminum foil and let rest for close to an hour
15. Serve as you desire with our without your sauce, whole or cut enjoy!!
